Hearty Cabbage & Ground Beef Casserole

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the beef is fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and sauté until it begins to soften.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and cooked rice. Mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Serve warm and enjoy!
