Healing Turmeric, Hibiscus & Oregano Tea

Place the turmeric, hibiscus flowers, and oregano into a small pot or heatproof container.

Add 3 cups of water.

Simmer gently over low heat for 10 minutes.

Strain the mixture into a cup.

Drink one cup daily, preferably 30 minutes before breakfast, for two consecutive weeks.

Tips & Notes

Adjust the strength by adding more or less turmeric or hibiscus according to taste.

Can be enjoyed warm or slightly cooled.
