Season the Lamb Chops
Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of each lamb chop.
Bake the Chops
Place the lamb chops on a baking sheet or oven-safe pan.
Bake for 15–20 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through. Adjust cooking time for preferred doneness.
