Add shrimp, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
Step 2: Make the Sauce
Pour in chicken broth or white wine. Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes, scraping up any flavorful brown bits from the pan.
Add lemon juice and stir well.
Step 3: Combine & Garnish
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
