For the Spicy Velveeta Cheese Pasta:
12 oz twisted pasta (cavatappi or rotini)
1½ cups milk
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Reserved pasta water, as needed
