🍵 How to Make Orange Peel & Ginger Infusion

Ingredients:

Peels from 1–2 organic oranges

1–2 inches fresh ginger, sliced or grated

2 cups water

Optional: honey for sweetness

Instructions:

Wash orange peels thoroughly. Slice into small strips.

Slice or grate the ginger root.

Bring water to a boil in a small pot. Add orange peel and ginger.

Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes.

Strain the liquid into a cup and enjoy warm. Add honey if desired.
