Ingredients:
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon hydrogen peroxide (3%)
A pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix the baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to form a smooth paste. Add a pinch of salt if desired for extra mild abrasiveness.
Wet your toothbrush and dip it lightly into the paste.
Gently brush your teeth in small circular motions for 1–2 minutes. Avoid scrubbing too hard to protect your enamel.
Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Use 1–2 times per week. Overuse may irritate gums or erode enamel.
Tips:
Do not swallow the paste.
Follow up with regular toothpaste for daily brushing.
For sensitive teeth, reduce baking soda slightly or mix with a bit more water to dilute.
