Delectable Sweet Potato Cheesecake Pie

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then let cool.

Make the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add the mashed sweet potatoes, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until fully combined and creamy.

Assemble the Pie:
Pour the filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 45–50 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. Allow the pie to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve:
Top with whipped cream, chopped pecans, or a drizzle of caramel if desired. Slice and enjoy!
