Prepare the Fruit: Slice apples, lemon, and lime. Halve grapes if using.

Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, add all the fruit slices and pour in the white wine.

Add Sweetness: Stir in honey or simple syrup until fully dissolved.

Let It Infuse: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow flavors to meld.

Finish & Serve: Just before serving, add sparkling water or club soda and ice cubes. Stir gently.
