Creamy Beef and Shells

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook Beef:

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until fully cooked.

Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add Sauce:

Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Combine with Cream:

Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream.

Add the cooked pasta shells and mix gently until coated.

Add Cheese:

Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and creamy.

Serve:

Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
