Cream Chocolate Roll – A Dessert You’ll Want to Roll With!

Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10×15” jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

Make Cake: Mix cake mix, eggs, water, and oil until smooth. Pour into pan and spread evenly.

Bake: Bake 12–14 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Avoid overbaking.

Roll Warm Cake: While warm, roll cake gently in parchment from the short end. Let cool completely.

Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture. Stir in crushed Oreos.

Assemble: Unroll cooled cake and spread Oreo cream evenly. Roll cake back up tightly.

Add Topping: Drizzle melted white chocolate over the roll and garnish with extra Oreos.

Chill & Slice: Chill 1 hour before slicing for clean cuts.
