Condensed Milk ANZAC Biscuit Slab

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine oats, plain flour, brown sugar, and desiccated coconut.

Prepare Wet Ingredients:

In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter, golden syrup, and sweetened condensed milk together.

Dissolve baking soda in boiling water, then stir into the melted mixture.

Combine & Press:

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until evenly combined.

Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared baking pan.

Bake:

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the slab is golden brown.

Cool & Slice:

Allow the slab to cool completely in the pan.

Slice into squares or rectangles and enjoy!
