Season & Mix: Add oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in cooked rice and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes, letting flavors blend.
Stuff Peppers: Spoon the filling evenly into each bell pepper. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is golden.
