Classic Beef and Onion Casserole

Prepare the Base: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic.

Brown the Beef: Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.

Mix the Sauce: Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Add the cooked noodles and mix until everything is well coated.

Assemble: Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
