Chicken Cobbler Casserole

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, onion, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, ½ cup milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs. Mix until evenly combined. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.

Make Cobbler Topping: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in ½ cup milk to form a soft dough.

Top the Casserole: Drop spoonfuls of the dough evenly over the chicken mixture. It’s okay if it doesn’t cover completely—this will bake into a golden cobbler layer.

Bake: Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Serve: Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
