Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook the Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
Drain excess fat.
Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Assemble the Enchiladas
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce in each tortilla.
Add cooked ground beef, mozzarella, and 1–2 slices of pepperoni.
Roll up the tortillas and place them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
4. Add Sauce and Cheese
Pour remaining pizza sauce over the rolled tortillas.
Sprinkle extra mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
5. Bake
Bake in preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes to get a golden, crispy top.
6. Serve
Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
Serve hot with a side salad or garlic bread.
