Cheeseburger Onion Rings: Crispy & Loaded

Slice onions into 1-inch thick rings and carefully separate.

Make the Beef Filling:

In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.

Stuff each onion ring with the beef mixture, packing it tightly.

Set Up the Breading Station:

Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third.

Coat each stuffed ring in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Double dip for extra crunch.

Fry the Onion Rings:

Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep pot or fryer.

Fry rings in small batches for 3–4 minutes, turning to brown evenly.

Drain on paper towels.

Add Cheese and Bacon:

While hot, sprinkle with shredded cheddar and crispy bacon.

Serve:

Serve immediately with ranch dressing for dipping.
