Melt the Butter
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until fully liquefied.
Add Sugar and Milk
Stir in the brown sugar and milk until fully combined.
Cook the Mixture
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2–3 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
Cool Slightly
Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. This will help it thicken to a spreadable consistency.
