2. Prepare Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs.
3. Make Cream Cheese Topping
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, mayonnaise (or sour cream), and half of the shredded cheese until smooth.
4. Assemble & Bake
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C) and cheese is golden and bubbly.
5. Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve immediately with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
