Air Fryer Yorkshire Pudding

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, and salt until smooth.

Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes while you preheat the air fryer.

Preheat Air Fryer:

Set the air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes.

Add a small amount of oil or drippings to each cup or silicone mold in your air fryer basket and heat until hot.

Fill the Molds:

Carefully pour the batter into the hot molds, filling each about halfway.

Cook:

Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 12–15 minutes, or until the puddings are puffed up and golden brown.

Do not open the air fryer during cooking, or they may collapse.

Serve:

Remove carefully and serve immediately with roast beef, gravy, or your favorite meal.

✅ Tips:

Resting the batter improves rise and texture.

Make sure the oil is very hot before adding batter to get a crispy exterior.

Use silicone molds or small ramekins for individual servings.
