Ingredients (1 serving)

1 orange, peeled (vitamin C & antioxidants)

½ carrot, chopped (beta-carotene & fiber)

½ cucumber, chopped (hydrating & detoxifying)

1 small piece of ginger (about 1 inch, optional – boosts metabolism)

½ cup water or coconut water

Instructions

Place the orange, carrot, cucumber, and ginger in a blender.

Add ½ cup of water or coconut water.

Blend until smooth. If needed, strain for a smoother drink.
