1 cup (240 ml) whole milk or buttermilk

½ cup (120 ml) vegetable oil

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup (240 ml) hot coffee or hot water

For the Chocolate Cream Filling

1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate, chopped

2 tbsp butter

For the Whipped Cream Topping

1 ½ cups (360 ml) cold heavy whipping cream

3 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

For Decoration

Reserved chocolate ganache

1 fresh strawberry
