1. Baking Soda & Lemon Water
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp baking soda
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup warm water
Instructions:
Mix baking soda and lemon juice in warm water.
Stir until dissolved.
Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Note: Helps neutralize stomach acid and may support digestion.
