Banana, Garlic & Date Mix

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

2–3 cloves garlic (peeled)

4–5 pitted dates

Instructions

Peel the bananas and break them into chunks.

In a blender or food processor, combine bananas, garlic, and dates.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve immediately as a small energy-boosting snack, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 day.
