Cabbage, Chicken & Potato Pie

Ingredients

4 eggs

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Provencal herbs, to taste

100 ml (0.4 cups) milk

100 g (3.5 oz) all-purpose flour

100 g (3.5 oz) mozzarella cheese, grated

500 g (1.1 lb) potatoes, peeled and diced

1 small cabbage, shredded

1 onion, finely chopped

2–3 green onions, chopped

200–250 g cooked chicken, shredded or diced

Vegetable oil, for sautéing

Prepare the Potatoes:
